After having served as leaders in Marriage Ministry for a number of years, performing pre-marital counseling, coaching, leading marriage enrichment workshops and other activities, my husband and I found ourselves at a crossroads.  We both became semi-retired from previous employers, and decided that there must be something more for us to do for the Kingdom.  After much prayer, we felt God guiding us to a place where we could expand the work that He was already doing through us, supporting marriages and committed relationships.  Since the very beginning of our marriage, our passion for building up other couples has been growing.  We want to help couples by sharing the same principles that help to guide us in our own marriage.  "C3" is one of the results of my prayer.  The Christian Couples Collective  is a place where  couples can grow and learn how to love each other God's way.   Why "Christian", you may ask?  What does Christ have to do with any of this?  History records the first miracle performed by Jesus Christ was at a wedding (the wedding @ Cana).  We do not believe that this was a coincidence.  Christianity uses  marriage as an analogy or model for Christ's relationship to humanity where He is referred to as the "Bridegroom" and the collective of believers in the faith (the church) are referred to His "Bride".  From this construct I concluded that marriage must be pretty important to God, and if it is important to the Creator, then I feel we should do everything in our power be successful at it.  We believe that for believers and non-believers alike, the Ministry of Christ is an excellent framework and foundation for building great marriages.
